Jobs that seem too small to call an electrician for – like installing a switch or light fitting can easily turn into a nightmare without the right qualifications, and when renting, selling or claiming insurance for electric-related issues appropriate certification for all electrical work completed on the premises is required.

Our teams of home and building maintenance specialists carry the correct qualifications and Part P certification to complete all electrical jobs – from putting in that extra power point or light switch, through to changing a service panel, wiring a new extension or adding a new circuit. They provide the required certification on completion which you are able to store safely if ever needed in the future.

Periodic Inspection Reporting

Our experienced teams work hard to complete all jobs promptly and are also approved to carry out Periodic Inspection Reporting – regular safety checks and reports that are recommended by ELECSA, a government authorised electrical body responsible for operating ‘competent person schemes’ and assessing contractors across the building sector.

Periodic Inspections will reveal (amongst other things) if circuits are overloaded, potential fire hazards and departures from the National Standards (BS76-71) that need to be addressed before your home or investment property falls victim to the results of these issues. They also help to ensure any Health and Safety Guidelines are adhered to for landlords and tenants alike.
